1. 7-Day Return Policy:
You can request return within 7 days of delivery if product is:
- Received in damaged condition
- Wrong product / Wrong size / Different color from ordered
- Stitching defect or major fabric defect
2. Conditions for Return:
- Product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, with all tags and in original packaging. For unstitched suits, must remain unstitched.
- Share Unboxing Video is mandatory for damaged/wrong claim
- For change of mind / dislike of color after opening, return is not accepted because unstitched suits are hygiene sensitive. We show real model photos.
3. Process:
- Contact us on WhatsApp: 0340 0552829 within 7 days
- Send photos/video of issue
- After approval, we arrange pickup via Leopard / TCS
- Refund or Exchange within 5-7 working days
4. Refund:
- For COD orders: Refund via JazzCash / Easypaisa / Bank Transfer
- Delivery charges are non-refundable (Rs 200-250)
